...For diameter grading of snap beans, green beans, wax beans and equivalent, with handwheel/adjust-a-cone feature manufacturer rated to adjust (while machine is either stopped or in motion) for grades 1 to 7, or fractions thereof, by a single handwheel adjustment, with a throughput capacity of up to 2,000 lbs (910 kg) per hour on whole beans, and 3,000 lbs (1362 kg) per hour on cut beans. The grader capacity depends on the percentage of shapes and sizes.

As the bars rotate into the upper half of the rotation, they open up to release any product that may have lodged or wedged itself into the grading bars, thereby preventing plugging.

Aluminum grading bars, stainless steel infeed cone and discharge hopper, aluminum sideboards, nylon cam rollers, and painted steel support frame. Complete with 1 HP/3 phase chain drive motor.
