chamber measures 18" wide x 18" long x 4.5" deep with a plexiglass top
cover, which has a 4" high dome. On each side of the chamber is an 18"
long seal bar. There is a distance of 14" between seal bars leaving 14"
by 18" open area for product placement. All food grade sanitary stainless
steel product contacts and stainless steel cabinet enclosure. Built-in
vacuum pump with operator controls; 110 volt single phase (standard
household current) 20 amp electrical input.
