This is a Portion Control/Volumetric Transfer Filler. This unit uses the same rotating drum design of all Solbern Tumble Fillers with the exception that the containers to be filled do not travel through the drum. Instead a continuous loop of replaceable volumetric cups are filled as they pass through the drum and then discharge into containers passing on an external conveyor. This design allows for extremely accurate volumetric and "piece" filling, independent of container size. This filler is  extremely versatile in it's ability to dispense full or partial fills, and it's abilty to drop into any kind of container. It was previously used as an ingredient depositor to dispense partial fills of exactly specfic quantities of meatballs or tortellini into 211 and 303 cans of soup.

All stainless steel construction. Includes both solid & 3/16" perforated drum covers. There are 230/460 volt 3 phase variable speed drives on drum, conveyor shaker, conveyor & container timing screw with solid state variable speed controls and an automatic lubrication system.
