HOT WATER ROTARY BLANCHER,
40" dia by 15' long reel with 1/8" perforations on 5/16" centers. Looks
like A.K. ROBINS (no tag). All stainless steel contact surfaces, stainless
steel covers and support frame. Has (5) hinged exterior inspection/clean
out doors on each side of top cover. Equipped with a 23.5" wide by 12"
long side mounted recirculating tank, (1) 4" bottom mounted drain on each
end of unit with gate valve, and (2) 8" openings over top cover. Overall
dimensions are 16' in length by 7' in height by 5' in width. Has a few
very small patches near discharge end of reel, and does not presently include
a motor/drive, otherwise in good condition.
