...Single head all stainless steel filler with mechanical over / under weigh scale, capable of weighing from 0-1 lb in increments of 1/4 oz. 9.25" wide by 9"L x 9.5" deep weigh bucket drops to 3.5" wide filling chamber and product is discharged out a 3.5" wide x 1" high filling chute. Fill height is approximately 27". Pneumatically operated shafts and UHMW pushers compress the leafy food item being packed and push it into a premade bag which is held over the discharge chute by the operator.
This greens bagger was previously used for packing spinach, but would also be applicable to other leafy greens such as fresh chopped collards, kale, mustard greens, etc.
