Previously set up and used for tightening pre-placed pump spray caps.

Quill type cap tightener; with (3) sets of  (2) tightening disks ("quills") with adjustable friction clutch. Configured with power side gripper and top hold down belts appropriate for tightening pump sprayer caps onto tippy, plastic, spray bottles.

Stainless steel frame with plexiglass safety enclosure with safety Interlock switches on the doors. Fully adjustable for a wide range of container and cap sizes including (pre-placed) trigger spray applicators. All stainless steel frame with plexiglas shields.

Manufacturer rated as suitable for 28 mm up to approximately 100 mm at a maximum speed of 120 containers per minute No thru-conveyor included - configured/designed to set over your existing conveyor system.
