...20" by 20" by 16" deep feed hopper feeding an 80" long stainless steel screw auger tapering from 14" diameter at the infeed to 8" diameter at the air cone discharge, with progressingly diminishing distance between flights to build press pressure. The screw is surrounded by heavy stainless steel backing plates with fine .025" perforation screens.

A continuous juice press or wastewater recovery press with sanitary food grade all stainless steel product contacts, mounted on a heavy painted steel base with a 25 HP 230/460 volt 3 phase variable speed drive.
