...An electrically operated single cylinder push-thru carrostick maker, where the operator places a carrot plug cut to length into a "v-holder". Standard carrot plug length is 4", but this cutter has room to handle a 6" long carrot plug if needed.

Once the operator places the carrot plug, he closes the safety cover to actuate the cutting cycle. Prior to the cutting grid is a 1.5" square pre-cut tube, which cuts the carrot square to eliminate slivers. This cutter came in with a cutting grid to produce sticks 5/16" x 1/8", but other grids are available form the manufacturer for different cut sizes.

All stainless steel and aluminum construction. Single, electric operated cylinder. 110 volt single phase (standard household current) electrical input.

This hand-fed carrot-stick cutter came in (and is shown in pictures) missing the safety/activation cover, which we need to get to complete the machine prior to shipment, it is otherwise in stock in very good operational, mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic condition, available for timely shipment.
