...36" wide x 28" long (front to back) stainless steeel work-top at a 37" working height on adjustable (slotted" legs, with two slicing station holes, 5" in diameter, leading to cutting heads. Operators hand-place cored applies (peeled or not) through the holes in the slicer table, onto a spindle, and the machine does the rest.

Manufacturer offers interchangable blade sets for cutting from 9 to 24 wedge cut slices per apple, and rates the two-station wedge cutter for 90 to 120 apples per minuute when used in conjunction with Pease 4 cup apple peeler / corer machines (available separately; --ask your Alard Sales Rep if you need Pease  peeler / corers to put in front of this wedger!).

The wedge-cutting heads have stainless steel and bronze product contacts, with cast iron drive works, and the machine is based on a painted steel support frame. Currently configured with a 3/4 HP single phase drive,
but a three phase drive option is available (please give us your electrical specification).

This two station apple wedge slicer comes with an optional 38" high painted steel stand for a Pease 4-cup peeler/corer, a 48" long by 16" wide stainless steel apple feed chute to carry apples from a peeler/corer, and 5' long stainless steel hand trim and feed table with (2) 3"  diameter waste ports on either side (all shown in pictures).
