literature describes as a "food shaper" for
automatically making a patty or steakette portion controlled to weight
and size, with the ability to score or tenderize the product while
forming,
with additional capabilities to paper interleaf, count, stack and
convey
stacked patties up to 4" high for packaging. Manufacturer rated for
approximately 4,000 pieces per hour, with patty thickness infinitely
adjustable between
3/16" and 3/4", with diameter increasing with thickness (due to the
scoring
action). Manufacturer literature also states that the interleaver is
suitable
for single or double sheets of wax paper, silicone parchment, or
cellophane
rolls, with length of interleaves cut-adjustable to desired length. Food grade USDA sanitary
stainless steel construction.
