wide by 8 feet 6 inches long screen area, currently fitted with single
replacable screen with 1.25 inch diameter perforations to grade the
center onion cores out of onion slabs to produce onion rings. The
screen is held in by quick-release clamp-hooks allowing for quick
change to another screen configuration / perforation sides. The screen
deck runs between 2" high stainless steel sides.
Complete with bottom-side air-headers to gently separate the onion
slabs into onion rings, with center mounted 21 inch long top-side 1/4
inch perforated screen-hood over the shaker, to keep product / pieces
from being blown off the conveyor. Rings go off the end of the screen
at the 39.5" working / discharge height. Fines, cores, and small
particulates drop through the screen into the vibrating pan and are
discharged onto a 10 inch wide by 40" long cross-conveyor takeaway
discharging at a right angle perpendicular to the main conveyor, at a
22 inch discharge height.
Fractional horsepower 230/460 volt 3 phase drives for both the vibratory eccentric, and the takeaway belt.
This vibrating onion ring slab separator is IN stock* in GOOD condition, All
stainless steel construction.

...STAINLESS STEEL TWO-STATION SEMIAUTOMATIC BAG FILLER / BAG FILLING SYSTEM...
...consisting of a single stainless steel top infeed hopper 24 inches wide (left to right) by 6 inches long (front to back) with a tapering center divider, and two 7 inch wide by 6" long discharge openings with slide gates. Beneath each top hopper discharge is a separate stainless steel bag fill funnels which tapers from 10 inches square at the top to a 6 inch square discharge outlet, each with pneumatic bag holders complete with operator control buttons. The bag fill funnels are positioned over adjustable stainiless steel pneumatic bag support platforms each 10 inches wide by 9 inches long, on 50 lb weigh cells, each with remote digital control /readout panels. The bag holding setup is adjustable for bags up to 17 inches tall.
