...29" X 52" stainless steel high-back top manual-feed pan with sides tapering from 9" high in the back to 4" high at the front. Feed pan manufacturer rated for approximately 115 lb capacity. Standard left-hand feed pan configuration. Complete with safety grid bowl guard over 8" x 10" oval product infeed opening to cast iron hot-tin-dipped bowl, ring, and auger. Stainless steel water cooling jacket on grinding ring. 6" diameter "size 56" plate/knife.
Manufacturer rated for 4,000 to 7,500 lbs per hour throughput, depending on product and grind. 40" infeed height, 24" discharge height. Polished stainless steel case shrouding.
15HP 230/460 volt 3 phase non-slip chain drive transmission.
