...A 44" diameter by 36" deep stainless steel hemispherical bottom vessel with a pouring lip, mounted on a painted steel A-frame with a pneumatic power assist cylinder for the kettle's tilt-to-dump discharge.

Stainless steel steam jacket manufacturer tagged for 100 psi working pressure.

Stainless steel tilt-out agitator support bridge with pnuematic agitator-tilt-out power assist cylinder. The agitator has a 5HP 230/460 volt 3 phase constant speed drive with new drive gears and bearings on the agitator, as well as new scraper blades.

The kettle has new steam packing, and the steam jacket have been hydrostatically pressure tested with no leaks, and is IN stock in VERY good operational condition, ready to go, and available for immediate shipment.
