A refurbished Goring Kerr model TEK-DSP LARGE aperture opening metal detector on a stainless steel thru-conveyor, for food grade / food processing, and other continuous industrial production process metal detection applications.
- 14 inch wide by 14 3/8 inch high USABLE aperture opening (without side rails in place; --WITH side rails in place usable opening width is reduced to 12.5 inches wide) with conveyor belt and bed in place.
- Epoxy painted aluminum search head enclosure with integral touchpad operator controls.
- Stainless steel belt transfer through-conveyor, with a 96 inch long by 12.5 inch wide interlocking plastic chain type belt running over an anti-static micarta bed. 28 inch minimum working height on threaded rod adjustable foot pads.
- Comes with 2 inch high anti-static plastic side rails running through the metal detection sensor (rails removable if not needed for your product).
- New integrated belt-stop alarm REJECT system, with new gasketed PVC operator control box.
- Fractional HP conveyor drive, with 220 volt single phase electrical input variable speed controller.
