Cornell model 6NHP-F16K hydro transport food pump with 6 inch diameter inlet and outlet with flanged connections.
A painted cast iron hydro food transport pump coupled with a tapered
bottom stainless steel vortex feed tank 42 inches long by 34 inches
wide by 19 inches deep, and a 7.5 HP 208 / 230 /460 volt 3 phase
(standard, other voltages available by special order) belt and
pulley motor-drive. Food grade packing, painted steel bearing frame,
oil lubricated bearings.
Pump, tank, and drive are mounted on a tubular stainless steel frame,
configured for a 35 inch product infeed height, with an 18.5 inch
height to center of return flange. Tank has a 2 inch inner diameter NPT
threaded (female) cleannout drain
near the return flange end, at a 14.5 inch discharge height.
According to manufacturer literature, the 6NHP pump is capable of
approximately 200 to 1200 gallons per minute throughput capacity,
depending on RPM, and head resistance (pump curve available upon
request), with whole or cut food product / solids handling
ability for up to 4 inches diameter by 6 inches long.
