NEW ALARD WATER RECLAIM/RECOVERY SCREEN, 72" wide x 50" long active screen  size. All T304 stainless steel construction screen AND cabinet. Standard sieve  size openings run from .010 to .100, with other sieve sizes available to be  priced upon request. Sieve screen is mounted in stainless steel cabinet with  integral headbox. Water is fed through a 4" NPT infeed port and builds in the  headbox until it overflows the weir and accelerates down the screen. At the top  of the screen is a hinged, swing-up (for cleaning) dispersion baffle to help  assure even, laminar water flow. Solids continue down the screen due to the  developed kinetic energy, and drop off the bottom edge of the screen." As the  solids and liquid travel down the screen, the liquid is stripped away from the  solids, flowing through the sieve screen and back into the catch chamber of the  cabinet where it is discharged through a 12.5 diameter opening. The headbox is  open and easily cleaned of debris such as stones or other such "heavies" while  there are 5.5" cleanout ports on each side to allow access for cleaning behind  the screen and in the catch chamber. Throughput rating for a .040 screen (for example) approximately 800 gallons per minute of water, depending proportion of solids.
