The Commercial Slicers Model 26NS, is also known as a "Waterfall" slicer or Kibbey cutter. This machine is configured with a hopper-infeed which allows for feeding whole heads of bib, radicchio and iceberg lettuce and or cabbage without pre-cutting, producing very high volumes of coleslaw and / or sauerkraut shreds of cabbage, and or lettuce shreds for salad or sandwich cuts. It can be set up for one and two-dimensional slices, strip cuts, and shreds. With an (optional) tube feed in place of the hoppper, the machine can do clean, straight coin cuts of carrots, celery, onions, peppers, cucumbers, potatoes, and / or  tomatoes.
