Bock / North Star Engineered Products elevating belt feed conveyor with cleated belt, to even-feed fruit and vegetable products including apples, beets, carrots, cucumbers, potatoes, onions, beets and other root crop vegetables. Useful as a peeling machine feed conveyor, inspection conveyor feeder, and widely applicable to feed all manner of downstream food processing or packaging equipment in the context of a fresh-cut, pre-cut, produce packing or other industrial food processing production line

FEATURES:

20 inch wide by 36 inch long tapered stainless steel in-feed hopper, 26-inch (right side) infeed height.
10 inch wide cleated belt with 3 inch high cleats on 12 inch centers.

Z-shaped Z-conveyor with:

32 inch long horizontal in-feed section.
10 inch wide by 7 foot long incline section.
30 inch long horizontal discharge section.
96 inch (8 foot) discharge height.

The belt runs between 7.5 inch high stainless steel sides with 6-inch high extensions above these..
Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction, with...

Lever belt release for easy cleaning, sanitation.
Hinged top-side rails for easy cleaning, sanitation.

Tubular stainless steel legs with adjustable threaded rod feet.
Top mounted 2 HP stainless steel in-roller drive.
Stainless steel control box with on/off, E-stop, and safety lock-out switch.
460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
