...Alard Model BD40 food grade stainless steel forward bulk box dumper, for discharging vegetables, fruits, food products, or other bulk materials from heavy bins, crates, totes, and/or Gaylords. Typically used as a raw product infeed dumper for industrial food processing applications. In stock new and available for fastdelivery.

FEATURES:

Sized for standard 40 inch by 48 inch bin, or smaller, with bin holder measuring 45.75 inches wide by 48 inches long by 42 inches deep.

Manually adjustable hold-down bar with adjustment steps for 28.5 inches high, 35.5 inch bin height, and 53.5 inches high bin clearance. Other hold-down settings can be provided on request; -- CALL 315-589-4511 with your tote size specifications.
Food grade stainless steel dumper construction, including heavy duty tubular stainless frame.
Dump action provided by 3.5 inch diameter hydraulic cylinders powered by a self-contained 2 HP hydraulic power pack with reservoir and manual controls, set for 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input (unless otherwise specified).
Comes set for FLOOR LEVEL INFEED with a 38 inch pivot point and a 40 inch dump height from the edge of the dumper in a 45 degree fully inverted position (over all height and dump height from bin depend on the height of the bin). Support stands to raise the height of the dumper are available as an option and will be quoted upon request, based on customer specifications.
