y2714b_crop_email.jpgA Kapsall capper manufacturer rated to handle 13mm to 70mm continuous thread caps, including tamper evident and child-resistant cap closures, at up to 80 containers per minute running metal, glass, or plastic bottles, jars, and / or vials.

This screw capper is configured with 4 cap tightener spindles over a 7 foot 6 inch long stainless steel THROUGH-CONVEYOR for straight line inline capping, with 4.5 inch wide Delrin plastic tabletop chain with adjustable container guide rails and dual container side-gripper belts.

Stainless steel cap hopper with vibrator supplies caps to the FEED SYSTEMS ModelFSRF24 CAP SORTER-FEEDER, which supplies caps to the adjustable cap chute which places them on the containers.

Painted main support base with stainless steel upper shrouding. Mounted on adjustable height support legs on casters.

Operator control panel with variable speed drives on the cap tightening quills, conveyor, sorter and container gripper belts, with 110 volt single phase (standard household current).
