A Kronen high performance commercial / industrial cube, strip and slice cutting machine, manufacturer recommended for cutting vegetables, fruits, and meats; --including delicate products such as onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, strawberries, beets, apples, melon, etc. Some products should be tempered (slightly frozen) to firm them for cutting.
This three dimensional cutter can be used with various combinations of cutting parts for single-dimensional cutting (slicing), or two dimensional (dicing) or three-dimensional cubing cuts, to cut products up to 90mm (3.54 inches) at infeed.

- Circular knife spindle with stripper plate (change parts) available in steps from 2mm to 20mm (approximately 1/10th inch to 1 inch) second cut.
- Crosscut spindle (change part) available in steps from 3mm to 40mm (approximately 1/10th of an inch to 1.5 inch) for the third cut.
