This machine FEATURES:
- 12 inch wide by 27 inch long stainless steel infeed chute at a 60" infeed height.
- Peeling chamber with 6 spinning rolls configured in a "U" shape.
- Overhead mounted spray headers to lubricate product and wash away peels and debris.
- Powered discharge auger.
- Bottom collection pan with 10 inch wide by 56 inch long center bottom discharge opening.
- Central lubrication cluster.
- All food grade stainless steel frame and shrouding.
- Variable-speed hydraulic driven, with integral 7.5 HP 230/460 volt 3phase hydraulic power pack.
