A Lock Inspection Systems food grade stainless steel metal detection search head mounted on a tubular stainless steel frame BELT CONVEYOR...


  • A 6 7/8 inch high by 7.5 inch wide usable aperture opening with (new) water-tight poured epoxy liner.

  • A 6 inch wide by 40 inch long food grade (white) conveyor belt, running at a 31.5 inch working height on adjustable feet.

  • Digital operator controls with micro-touch keypad on search head, with stainless steel power supply box, integrated with a pneumatic "air blast" blow-off reject system.

  • 110 volt single phase electrical input for both the metal detection head and the conveyor drive.

  • Alard calibrated and sensitivity tested for 1.5mm Ferrous, 2mm non-Ferrous, and 2mm stainless steel; --as with any metal detection system, sensitivity results in production will vary depending on the product being run.

  • Food grade stainless steel construction.

  • Reconditioned, including newly poured epoxy liner / chute.
