A Lyco STATIONARY SCREEN hydrasieve liquid solid separator screen, for recapturing product such as peas, beans, corn, diced or chopped vegetables from washing, chilling, or rinsing flume water, or can perform rough screening of process water to remove meat waste, stems, seeds, peels, pods, sticks, leaves, and other food wastes in water recovery for reuse, and/or to reduce municipal costs and fines from BOD, TSS, and TKN in your plant waste water.

FEATURES:

  • Water sifting screen measures 24 inches wide by 30 inches long.

  • Curved, "SWAY" type screen with .125 inch sieve openings.

  • Dispersion flap to distribute water over the entire width of the screen.

  • Side ports for cleanout access behind screen.

  • 4 inch side and 2 inch bottom sanitary inlet connections.

  • 2 inch side threaded and 4 inch bottom flanged collection tank discharge connections.

  • All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
