A 3-dimensional fine dicing machine for a wide range of dices and strip cuts from a variety of products such as relish, salsa, fruits, vegetables, nuts, cheeses, and processed meats.



FEATURING:

  • Maximum product input size 3.5 inches (88.9mm) in any dimension.

  • Three cutting dimensions:

    • Slice thickness: 1/16 to 3/8 inch 1.6 to 9.5 mm, knob adjustable.
