An Autoprod pneumatically operated food grade stainless steel single piston filling machine for filling containers or use as an ingredient depositor for adding sauces or other liquid food ingredients to other food products. Fills viscous liquids such as sauces, creams, pastes, and oils, including products with particulate such as salsa.

FEATURES:

• Piston and cylinder adjustable for fills up to 16 ounce fill per stroke.
  
  
• Tapered conical infeed hopper measuring 23 inch top diameter by 26 inch deep.
  
  
• Pneumatic powered piston and cylinder, with pneumatic valve..
  
  
• Oval discharge opening 2 inches by 3/4 inch, with threaded attachment points for a spout.
  
  
• Push-button activated switch for semiautomatic operation; --could be used with a photo eye or relay for automatic operation.
  
  
• Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction, with Tri-Clover Tri-Clamp connections for fast and convenient cleaning and sanitation.
  
  
• Requires 2 cfm @ 50psi compressed air input.
