A matching pair of Heinzen / HMI Model SD150 food grade batch centrifuge dryers with a hydraulic power unit, for dewatering leafy and/or pre-cut produce products, such as fresh cut lettuce, shredded carrots, and other bagged salad type food products and ingredients, in and industrial food processing production operation.
FEATURES:
Includes a total of (3) 30 inch diameter by 18 inch deep (7.36 cubic foot) removable stainless steel dryer baskets, each with 3/16 inch perforations and bottom dump discharge.- Manufacturer rated for 150 lb capacity per basket / batch.
- Food grade stainless steel construction including all product contact surfaces and base plate connected via rubber vibration isolation mounts.
Hinged hydraulic-power-assisted stainless steel lid with basket hold-down wheel.- Hydraulic drive powered with a single 40HP power pack included to power both spinners. 208/230/460 volt electrical input.
- Stainless steel operator control boxes on pedestals, 110 volt single phase (standard household current) electrical input.
