FEATURES:
- 42 inch diameter by 45 inch deep hemispherical bottom vessel with 3 inch center bottom outlet.
- Dual zone steam jacket manufacturer tagged and National Board coded for 100 psi working pressure.
Inclined scraper-agitator with drive geared for 33 RPM at the INA agitator.- Sanitary flush-bottom discharge valve with threaded connections, pneumatically operated.
- Temperature probe port.
- All USDA sanitary food grade stainless steel construction, including the (3) pipe legs.
