A T304 stainless steel food grade batch paddle mixer with slide gate end-bottom-discharge, 40 cubic foot 300 gallon capacity, geared for a 2HP motor-drive.

FEATURING:

• The stainless steel mixing vessel measures 40 inches wide by 72 inches long by 42 inches deep.
  
  
• Single 3.5 inch diameter center shaft, with stub-ends for 2 inch diameter bearings.
  
  
• Four (4) rows of paddles each 9 inches wide by 4 inches high.
  
  
• Solid bars in each row measure 2 inches wide by 18 inches long.
  
  
• Plastic scraper blades on each end, scrape end surfaces.
  
  
• 12 inch by 12 inch bottom end discharge with air operated slide gate.
  
  
• Approximately 74 inch infeed height, and 26.5 inch discharge height on a tubular sanitary stainless steel support frame.
  
  
• All 304T stainless steel construction for food grade applications.
