A Grove Dale Corporation FliteFeeder elongated-product aligner with powered circular-knife length-cutter, is designed to supply a consistent flow of product spread across the width of the steps for cutting elongated vegetables such as carrots, celery, zucchini, etc. into set lengths / increments. With each stroke the feeder automatically shuffles & indexes food product into perpendicular-to-flow alignment prior to being precision fed into the increment cutter knives...
FEATURES:
- 55 inch wide by 6 foor long bed.
- 1.75 inch deep steps with 7.5 inch vertical push.
- 30 inch infeed height, 49 inch high discharge.
- Increment cutter is currently set with 1.5 inch spacing and 10 inch diameter circular blades.
Stainless steel side-safety-shrouds.- All food grade sanitary stainless steel.
- 1.5 HP stainless steel drive motor.
- Similar to a Magnuson Shufflo cutter, this GDC "Flight-Feeder" aligner-feeder-cutter, is frequently used in conjuction with the Grove Dale TROUGH BELT speed-up belt-feeder (not included but available separately as of this writing, call 315-589-4511 to confirm current availability). The combination aligner-feeder with V-belt takeaway is in turn commonly used to feed downstream equipment, such as an URSCHEL VSC segment cutter (not included but available separately as of this writing, call 315-589-4511 to confirm current availability) for wedge, spear, stick, strip, or slab cuts,, or an Urschel OV slicer (not included but available separately as of this writing, call 315-589-4511 to confirm current availability) for fine coin cuts.
