FEATURES:

• 30 inch diameter by 18 inch deep basket manufacturer rated for 130 lbs capacity; with lifting yoke and basket-dolly included.
  
  
• Pneumatic self-raising lid for ease of operation.
  
  
• Safety lid interlock system prevents opening until cycle is complete and basket is stopped.
  
  
• All food grade stainless steel construction including support base, heavy-duty build.
  
  
• Gasketed stainless steel factory remote control box with electrical controls including timer, programmable variable speed controller, and electronic braking system.
  
  
• 460 volt 3 phase electrical input, and 6-80 psi / 2cfm compressed air.
