A Butcher Boy model 250F, 250 lb capacity (8 cubic foot) single-motion PADDLE MIXER with TILT-to-dump discharge. Butcher Boy is focused on meat markets, but this food grade stainless steel horizontal mixer is appropriate for a wide range of food processing applications.
