The versatile Kapsall model E screw capping machine with cap sorter is manufacturer recommended to apply screw caps of most materials and styles. Easily moved from one production line to another, and versatile enough to handle metal, glass,or plastic containers from low jars up to gallons, comes with a standard rotary cap feeder.



FEATURES:

  • Manufacturer rated to handle 13mm to 70mm continuous thread caps / screw caps, including tamper evident and child-resistant cap closures. May require change parts or special setup for some caps; --CALL 315-589-4511 to discuss your detailed specifications and send sample caps.

  • Manufacurer literature rates for up to 80 containers per minute running metal, glass, or plastic bottles, jars and/or bottles.

  • 4 cap tightener spindles.

  • 7 foot long stainless steel THROUGH-CONVEYOR for straight-line in-line capping, with 4.5 inch wide Delrin plastic tabletop chain.

  • Stainless steel body container side-gripper belt for container stability during the cap application process.

  • Stainless steel cap hopper with vibrator supplies caps to the FEED SYSTEMS Model FSRF24 CAP SORTER-FEEDER, which supplies caps to the adjustable capchute which places them on the containers.

  • Painted steel main support base with stainless steel upper shrouding and conveyor body.

  • Mounted on adjustable height support legs on casters.

    • The Alard cleated belt PEELER-FEED CONVEYOR, was designed to consistently even feed fruit and vegetable products including apples, beets, carrots, cucumbers, potatoes, onions, beets and other root crop vegetables into an Alard peeling machine, or other downstream food processing or packaging equipment. This incline feed conveyor with tapered in-feed hopper is configured at an optimal discharge height for feeding an ALARD 4-roll pickle washer, scrubber, abrasive peeler / brush washer (not included)...

      • 32 inch wide by 16 inch long tapered stainless steel feed hopper.

  • FOUR ROLL BRUSH WASHER / PICKLE-WASHER / SCRUBBER for pickles, cucumbers, and other fruits and vegetables, stainless steel, in-stock NEW...
    • A versatile washer for fresh pack pickles, brine stock, beets, potatoes, carrots, and other similar vegetables. Shown here with brushes as a continuous four roll brush-washing scrubbing and/or pickle washing machine. It can also be fitted with any combination of brushes and/or abrasive rolls for peeling, brush washing, scrubbing, or finishing (e.g. in combination with another peeler, scrubber, or steam peeler) of fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, cucumbers, pickles, apples, oranges and other raw fresh produce items.

    • OPERATION:
      • Raw product is continuously fed to the brush-washing / peeling chamber and subjected to the spinning rolls (abrasive and/or brushes as the case may be). It is important that a sufficient amount of product be kept in the peeling chamber during operation for best results. Lubricating and rinsing action is provided in the chamber by overhead sprays, while the flow of product through the machine is regulated both by a weighted discharge door, and the inclination of the machine. The water spray, rotating brushes and friction of the products rubbing against each other tumble and turn the product so that it is thoroughly scrubbed from every conceivable angle.

    • FEATURES:
      • 15 inch by 27 inch top hopper inlet opening in the hinged stainless steel cover at 57 inch infeed height.
      • Currently configured with four (4) hex-pex black poly brush rolls for removing pickle nodes, pickle thorns or pickle hair removal, as well as other washing, scrubbing, and finishing applications. Can be set up with any combination of abrasive or brush rolls to buyer need / specification for stronger or gentler peeling, scrubbing, action.       • Each spinning roll is 6 inches in diameter by 6 foot long.
      • Lubricating and rinsing action is provided in the chamber via a stainless steel water spray pipe header with spray nozzles.
      • Peeled product discharges through a stainless steel discharge flapper-gate which is adjustable so product can be subjected to a longer or shorter peeler /washing exposure; --at a 39 inch discharge height.
      • Water, dirt, stems, leaves, peels, and other debris drop to a full length stainless steel water catch pan with a 6 inch by 6 inch center bottom outlet. We recommend an Alardsieve water filter to remove debris so your washwater can be reused. Call 315-589-4511 to discuss your water reclaim screen requirements.
      • Capacities run in the ton-per-hour range more or less, depending on product and application (peeling, washing) and the degree of finish desired.
      • The abrasive brush rolls are mounted parallel (in-line) with product flow.
      • Complete with central lubrication cluster for ease of maintenance.
      • Chain / sprocket drive powered by a 3HP 208/230/460 volt 3 phase 60 cycle constant speed motor.
