FEATURES:
- 78 inch long by 24 inch wide by 28 inch deep turbulent wash tank.
- Multi head spray system over the wash tank to assure submersion and uniform exposure to the cooling water and / or sanitizing or preservative solution.
- 18 inch wide perforated food grade plastic mesh discharge conveyor with variable speed control for just the right wash.
- Includes recirculation pump with stainless steel motor.
- Side mounted .025 inch hydrosieve screen effectively filters wash water of leaves, stems, fines, and other debris resulting from the washing process.
- 36 inch high inheed, 40 inch discharge height.
- Conveyor tilts / lifts out for ease of sanitation.
Forty (40) pass 1 inch diameter by 6 foot long stainless steel chill lines - previously used for FREON but could be plumbed for chilled water or glycol.- All sanitary stainless steel construction.
