A ROLLER GRADING TABLE for sorting, grading, apples, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms as well as other assorted fruits & vegetables of a size and capacity for industrial food processing, food packaging operations. This visual inspection conveyor works to spin and rotate fruits and vegetables as they pass over the rollers, so that these food products can be viewed from all angles, so that spotted, blemished, bruised, or unpeeled products can be picked out and trimmed, separated, or discarded.


FEATURING:

  • All food grade stainless steel frame and guards.

  • 24 inch wide by 50 inch long roller bed area.

  • 2.25 inch diameter PVC rolls 24 inch wide.

  • 2 inch high sides.

  • 6 inch long sloped infeed.

  • End discharge chute.

  • Open bottom.

  • Approximate 36 inch working height with adjustable threaded foot mounts.

  • 208 / 230 volt 3 phase electrical input.
