Manufacturer recommended for the uniform application of coatings and seasonings, on extruded, baked, frozen and fried products. This tumble mixer configuration is an industry standard seasoning ree with a liquid applicator for applying flavorings in a liquid form for a wide variety of snack foods such as potato chips, snack chips, crackers, nuts, snack mixes, popcorn, coffee beans, pet foods / pet snacks, cereals, seeds and even cheese snacks. A dry seasoning applicator could be added (but is not included).
FEATURES:
- 42 inch diameter by 96 inch long stainless steel coating reel / seasoning drum with twelve (12) 1.5 inch high triangular lifting flights.
- Manual crank adjustable drum pitch.
Model MS-III Micro-Meter Liquid Applicator includes feed tank, pump and four (4) nozzle liquid seasoning application spray head mounted inside the drum.- Reel drive with independent variable speed control.
- All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
