The Hinds Bock single piston filler is a classic workhorse of the food processing industry. Easy to clean & operate, versatile and gentle on product. Large port opening allows filling of chunky ingredients without crushing. Accurate filling and depositing into trays, bottles, cans, pouches, or in use as an ingredient depositor for adding sauces or other liquid food ingredients to other food products. Manufacturer recommended for liquids, semi-solid, or wet particulate products such as salsa, sauces, relish, butters, chocolate, mayonnaise, jams / jellies, oils, and non-food products such as lotions, shampoos, scrubs, cleaners, paint, solvents, oil and other thick but flowable liquid mixtures or slurries.
FEATURES:
- Pneumatically actuated piston with adjustable stroke for up to 33 ounce fills.
- Large 2 5/8 inch by 2 inch valve inlet port with 1.5 inch diameter discharge openings, allow particulates to pass through..
- 20 inch diameter by 17 inch high (approximately 10 gallon) infeed hopper with 2.5 inch outlet.
- Food grade stainless steel product contacts with adjustable-height pedestal frame.
- Inline air filter / oiler.
- Comes set for foot-switch activation. Can also be configured to be activated by photo eye or other sensor for semiautomatic or inline automatic operation.
