Since 1939, TY-LINKER has been the standard in sausage linking technology with proven performance, compact design and versatility. The Model 122ACL is the perfect machine for skinless production application. Easy to operate, requires no complicated operator training and handles all casing types.


FEATURES:

  • Fully automatic mechanical division of filled casings into links.

  • Dial adjustable for 2.5 inch to 14 inch long sausages.

  • Able to produce 16mm to 40mm wide links..

  • For use with natural (including sheep) or cellulose casing.

  • String tie-off saves on casing - thread is wrapped four times around the casing at each link to ensure retention of product conformation during smoking, cooking and/or chilling.

  • All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.

  • 110 volt single phase (standard household current) electrical input.
