A refurbished Bock / North Star Engineered Products FP-95 centrifuge vegetable dryer is a food-grade centrifugal batch drying system with a manufacturer rated capacity of up to 1,950 lbs per hour. This industrial salad-spinner is an industry-standard tool for spin drying and dewatering of fresh-cut produce products for pre-cut produce packing applications.
