This refurbished (NSEP) North Star Engineered Products (formerly Bock) FP-90 CENTRIGUGE DRYER is a food grade stainless steel centrifugal drying machine for drying washed fruits and vegetables, including leafy vegetables, whole or cut, in the context of an industrial pre-cut produce packing operation.

FEATURES:

• 7.36 cubic foot removable basket measuring 30 inches in diameter by 18 inches deep.
  
  
  • 3/8 inch perforated basket.
    
    
  • Lifting "ears" on each side of the basket provide for overhead winch lift-out and easy swivel-dumping action.
    
    
• Manufacturer rated 130 lb (dry weight) batch capacity for up to 1,950 lbs of product per hour.
  ~ Lid-opening assist cylinders.
  ~ Includes operator controls with a 10 minute settable timer and safety interlock system.  Machine won't start with the lid open as lid locks during spin cycle.
  ~ Durable hydraulic transmission.
  ~ Pneumatic brake.
  ~ All food grade stainless steel construction including basket, tank & base.
  ~ 5 HP belt drive washdown motor.
