A BLENTECH Model SC1610L Elevating Screw Conveyor is a stainless steel hopper with paddle mixer AGITATION over an inclined auger feeder discharge, for accepting bulk raw or processed food products and feeding them to down-line food processing equipment. Also sometimes referred to as an auger feed pumping system, this food grade hopper-feeder offers very positive product movement capabilities, to avoid bridging and clogging so as to provide a consistent even-feeding of product to downstream processes.
