The Urschel model G-A is a three-dimensional continuous cutting machine, manufacturer rated for products input sized up to 5.5 inches (140mm) in any dimension. Manufacturer recommends for uniform dices, straight French fry strips, and slices from a variety of soft ripe fruits and brittle root vegetables, such as potatoes, apples, broccoli stems, citrus peel, papaya, peaches, celery, carrots, and many others; producing clean, uniform, high-quality tons-per-our output.

Three cutting dimensions:

• Slice thickness: from 1/8 inch (3.2mm) up to 5/8 inch (16mm) -- knob adjustable
  
  
• Circular knives: from 1/8 inch (3.2mm) to 3 inches (76mm) -- spacers and number of knives determine cut size.

The Alard model BT1D is an American made, food grade sanitary 304 stainless steel BAG FILLING TABLE / hand-pack bag filler for fresh-cut produce packaging, with a remote readout scale, and adjustable height pneumatic bag-holder, for filling pre-cut produce and other food products into bags by weight. Ideal for whole, diced, or chopped vegetables and fruits, shredded or whole leafy vegetable products, and salad mixes.

OPERATION:

• The operator hangs the bag on the bag-filling funnel and engages the bag holder by pressing a button.
  
  
• The operator then pulls product by hand, from the table into the filling tube, until the proper weight is made, as indicated by the eye-level over/under scale. A little product can be easily removed if needed to "make weight".
  
  
• The operator then disengages the bag holder and removes the bag, puts a new bag in place, and the process is repeated.
  
  

FEATURES:

• The stainless steel bag-filler / pack table is 43 inches long by 37.5 inches wide inner/working dimensions, and has sides that taper from 14 inches high at the back, and angles down to 6 inches high at the front.
