A 3-dimensional fine dicing machine for a wide range of dice and strip cuts from a variety of products such as relish, salsa, fruits, vegetables, nuts, cheeses and processed meats. Stainless steel plated cutting parts, USDA sanitary compliant.

FEATURES:

• This machine was built and the manufacturer tag is stamped as a model "RA", but it's cutting parts and castings have been replated and updated to all stainless steel, USDA sanitary compliant; equivalent to the RA-A model.
  
  
• Maximum product input size of 3.5 inches (88.9mm) in any direction.
  
  
• Bypass feed chute bypasses the first dimensional slice, allowing for
  
  
• Three cutting dimensions (or two-dimensional cuts using aforementioned bypass feed chute).
  
  
  • Slice thickness: 1/16 to 3/8 inch (1.6 to 9.5mm) -- knob adjustable.
    
    
  • Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 1 inch (3.2 to 25.4mm) -- knives & spacers.
