Agrimat BELT SLICER, FRUIT STRIP CUTTER,
continuous, food grade sanitary, stainless steel.
An Agrimat BELT SLICER for cutting fruit products into strips. Previously run on mangoes, but can also be used for other products, such as cored, halved peaches, apples, or other similar products.
FEATURES:
- Continuous operation for high-capacity production.
9 foot long by 18 inches wide carrier belt, running between 2 inch high stainless steel sides.- The belt consists of a continuous series of UHMW plastic carriers which are grooved to let the blades pass through them as the belt carries the product through the blades.
- Each carrier has a 5.75 inch long by 16 inch wide pocket for product to be placed between two inch high cleats.
- In the middle of each carrier is a 3/4 inch non-slotted spacer which effectively separates the carriers / belt into two lanes (unless you want to cut 3/4 inch all the way across).

Blades are fixed, but can be added or removed on 3/8 inch spacings for strip cuts of 3/8 inch, or 3/4 inch, or 1.5 inch, and so on...- If belt fed, 43 inch infeed height from the end, or if hand-fed 42 inch infeed height from the sides; on 5 inch high casters (two locking).
- Hinged knife cover for ease of sanitation and maintenance (wired to safety interlock system, cuts power to the machine if the cover is opened).
- Food grade stainless steel construction.
Stainless steel control box with variable speed control, E-stop button, safety interlock system, cable pull E-stop over the belt, along with a beacon on the top of the control panel to signal a stoppage.
Aluminum shrouded motor, with aluminum shrouded gear reducer. - 208 / 230 volt 3 phase electrical input.
