An approximately 135 gallon food grade stainless steel rectangular tank for recirculation and screening of potable liquids, such as process water in an industrial food processing application.  

This surge tank, overflow tank, is suitable for use as a water catch tank, and/or water-screening recirculation tank, to work in concert with food processing equipment (not included) such as root crop vegetable washers, scrubbers, peelers, vibratory screeners, dewatering shakers, vibrating graders, chill flumes, food pumps, and or other whole or pre-cut produce fruit and vegetable processing and packing operations. 

FEATURES:

• "Main Tank" is 41 inches long by 35.5 inches wide by 23 inches deep.
  
  
• Beyond the main tank is an 8 inch overflow with a threaded bottom discharge at the left corner (from the perspective of one standing at the in-feed end looking "downstream".
  
  
• 27 inches to "top lip" as configured. 
  
  
• Removable perforated screen (slide out with handle).
  
  
• All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
