A Loma IQ inline liquid metal detector set up for a two inch pipeline, with reject diversion valve, for detecting metal contamination in pumpable food products; including sauces, slurries, creams, oils, purees, salsas, refried beans, and other viscous or liquid food products, hot or cold.

FEATURES:

• 4.5 inch diameter aperture opening in the stainless steel search head.
  
  
• 2 inch diameter by 14 inch long UMHW plastic thru-tube with sanitary Tri-clamp connections.
  
  
• Equipped with a pneumatically-actuated reject diverter valve with 2-inch Tri-clamp connections, by which good product travels straight-through, and rejected product is diverted at a 90 degree angle.
  
  
• Stainless steel control panel with touchpad operator controls.
  
  
• Food grade sanitary stainless steel washdown construction.
  
• 110 volt single phase (standard household current) electrical input.
  
  
• Compressed air required for automatic pneumatic reject valve.
