This Marchant-Schmidt food grade continuous tumble mixer is widely used as a seasoning application system for gently applying dry and liquid spices & flavorings, to a wide variety of delicate food products including potato chips, tortilla chips, crackers, nuts, seeds, snack mixes, popcorn, coffee beans, pet foods / pet snacks, cereals, frozen foods, pasta, and shredded cheeses. The ribbed interior of this seasoning applicator mixing reel allows for the gentle application of vegetable oils, spices, seasonings and flavoring formulations to delicate products with a minimum of product stress or breakage.
