Manufacturer recommended for the uniform application of coatings and seasonings on extruded, baked, frozen and fried products. This tumble mixer configuration is an industry standard seasoning reel, and includes a dry seasoning applicator for applying spices and flavorings in for a wide variety of snack foods such as potato chips, snack chips, crackers, nuts, snack mixes, popcorn, coffee beans, pet foods / pet snacks, cereals, seeds and even cheese snacks. A liquid seasoning applicator could also be added to this machine (but is not included).

30 inch diameter by 84 inches (7 feet) long stainless steel rotary coating drum with eight (8) lifting flights.- 24 inch diameter infeed and 26 inch diameter discharge.

Spray Dynamics Unispense dry seasoning applicator, with 16 in diameter by 20 in deep steep-in feed hopper with two anti-bridging vibrators and a bottom delumper-agitator. This seasoning applicator came in without, and lacks the dispenser tube and auger;
