This versatile dicing machine, strip-cutter, and shredder is ideally suited for cutting beef, pork, poultry or fish through a wide temperature range from fresh chilled to hot cooked. Manufacturer also recommends as a leafy greens chopper for collard greens, kale, leeks, mustard greens, and spinach. This versatile machine is also recommended for cutting other food products into strips or squares including fruit leathers, flat breads, tortillas, pita chips, brownies, and croutons. This is a high-volume cutting machine that operates continuously at high production capacities, and is designed for easy cleanup and maintenance.

- Infeed thickness of up to 1 inch (25.4mm).
Circular knife cuts from 3/16 to 1.5 inches (4.8mm to 38mm).- Crosscut knife cuts from 1/8 inch to 3 inches (3.2mm to 76.2mm).
- STRIP CUTS can be made by removing the crosscut knife spindle. The length and thickness of the strips will depend on the size of the original product.
