A flexible single-lane slicing machine for fast and accurate cutting of elongated vegetables and/or sausages, meat logs, cheese logs, or deli meats, which uses an oscillating gravity-feed head over a band-saw type blade. Can drop slices directly onto a bun or tray as it passes beneath.

FEATURES:

• Manufacturer rated for up to 120 strokes per minute, with up to 26 inch (660mm) tall product holders, 5 inch by 4.8 inch feed opening, and slice thickness adjustable up to .375 inch (9.52mm).
  
  
  • Currently fitted with / comes with a tube-feed configuration with qty (5) 1 5/8" dia tubes. Different feed configurations are available from the manufacturer for this machine. Call 315-589-4511 to discuss your particular cutting specification.
    
    
  • Product can be continuously loaded while the machine is in operation.

• Grote "AccuBand" cutting blades are easily replaceable with different types and materials of blades for different products, to maximize cutting efficiency, eliminate sharpening and simplify cleanup.
  
  
• Operator controls to adjust speed, and slice thickness, with safety interlock system which cuts power to the machine if guards are opened.
  
  
• 220 volt single-phase electrical input.
